Injuring this character: Sadly that will be easy since he's just an average squishy human with some thief-y talent. Smaller injuries are ok, ask about the big ones first.
Killing this character: It'll depend on the situation. Def ask first about this one.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask first. He doesn't have any defenses himself, but he has a handy little AI with and a very sharp mind that will likely catch on to it soon. He'll very much mind and plot your demise for doing it IC, but OOC I'm all for it if it'll make things fun. 

Shipping: If your character can put up with him, go ahead! He's very starved for attention and recognition, not for him as his genius big brother's just average younger sibling, but as himself.

Warnings: He is a villain-whelp in the making. He is a very rational, jealousy-motivated schemer who doesn't think twice about ambushing friends and enemies alike if he gets something out of it. He'll calmly murder, manipulate and lie to reach his goals. HOWEVER he's still a rookie at villainy and easily falls into the trap of caring about people who decided to be his friend despite knowing his true self and who ignore all his attempts to push them away in return. He also takes promises and legacies very seriously.
